Registration of a new conference attendant

Registration should be done until May 5th, 2024. Registration fee is 5000,- CZK (200 EUR) + tax 21 %.

Registration covers printed Program and Book of Abstracts, access to all scientific and social events held in the framework of the conference and meals.

Please fill down the following registration form and send it to organizers. On the basis of your data (and official order, if required), an appropriate invoice will be sent to the invoicing address. The invoice should be paid until May 26th, 2024.
